ATI of America is now hiring for a full-time Contract Administrator to fill an opening in our Finance department. We are a fast-growing company that provides installation and service for Lighting, Shades, Security, and AV systems in high-end homes.
Contract Administrator is responsible for working with the finance team, Sales team, Project managers and High-end customers. This position requires someone that pays attention to detail, good with communication skills, Proficient with Excel, has used QuickBooks software, background in accounting. Love to work with numbers.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong written, verbal, and online communication skills
- Time management
- Accounts Receivable billing and Collections
- Contract billing, take a contract from start to finish
- Being part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Creation of the following documentation: templates, floor plans, pre-wire plans, elevation drawings & as-builtsĀ
- To ensure success you need the ability to follow instructions
- Preferred applicants are hard-working, focused and have outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
- Work experience in accounting department
- Knowledge in Excel software
- Knowledge in QuickBooks
- Strong people skills
- Good moral character
